Preserved Meyer lemons taste like a briny green olive, but with the citrus and floral fragrance of a Meyer lemon. They work well in place of olives in many recipes. Olives and vodka are a perfect combination, so why not preserved lemons and vodka? Like a dirty martini with lemon, or a dirty lemon martini! I was really excited when I thought of this, but an internet search showed I’m not the first. Oh, well. It’s the best martini I’ve ever had. Cheers!
