Summer is over, but it’s peak hurricane season. Luckily the tropics have been calm. We’ve had daily afternoon thunderstorms, but I don’t mind them. It’s just enough rain to water my vegetable seedlings. It’s not too late to start your fall vegetable garden if you’re in USDA zone 9b or 10a.
