I heard this recipe for grilled lobster on the radio on the way back from Gloucester. I plan to try that herb butter on some Florida lobsters soon, but I’ll miss the claws.

We love Vietnamese food for lunch– pho, bánh mì, and my favorite, bún.  Bún is a noodle salad.  It’s a bold mix of contrasting of flavors and textures:  crunchy vegetables, aromatic herbs, cool rice noodles, spicy sauce, and crushed peanuts.

Flounder is the most delicate fish we eat.  It requires special preparation, but that’s not to say it’s complicated or time-consuming.  On the contrary, it can be the quickest, easiest fish dinner you’ll ever make.
